Musician 1st Class (SW) Kenneth L. McLaughlin,

Audio/Visual Engineer

Musician 1st Class (SW) Kenny Mclaughlin hails from Austin, Texas. He joined the Navy in 1994 as an electronics warfare technician where he served aboard USS Doyle (FFG 39). In 1998, he joined the Navy music program and has since traveled to over 35 countries as a guitar instrumentalist and sound technician. While on active duty he earned a degree in information technology and network security management. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Sound Engineering School, Advanced Electronics “A” and “C” Schools as well as Musician “A” School and is an avid guitarist and electronics technician.
