Senior Chief Musician David E. Morse,
Audio/Visual Engineer
Senior Chief Musician David Morse, a native of Whitney Point, N.Y., joined the Navy Band in 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Science in sound recording technology at the State University of New York at Fredonia studying with Dave Moulton and David Peele. Prior to his appointment to the Navy Band, he was already a Navy musician, having served as a French horn instrumentalist and audio engineer at the Atlantic Fleet Band (CINCLANTFLT) in 1988.
He is currently the head recording engineer and technical director for the Navy Band. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking and spending time with family.
